Before
This old bathroom in The Colony was only lacking one thing, a soul. Clearly it had seen a few directionless updates over it’s 40 year existence but the new owners were ready to scrap it, start scratch and give it some love.
The Remodel
Everything is this bathroom was tossed out; from the original bathtub to the drywall (after we found multiple layers of paint-wallpaper-paint beneath the surface). The gorgeous pattern floor tile and light blue brick tile in the shower were selected from The Tile Shop, plumbing fixtures are Kohler in “Vibrant Modern Brushed Gold” and the vanity was a stock selection from a home improvement store. The client was also able to provide a marble-look quartz remnant for the vanity top from a previous kitchen remodel and it fit in perfectly. Kudos for how they decorated, we love to see what clients add to their spaces to give them extra charm!
