Step 1: Contact & Consultation

This is our chance to get to know each other. We’ll want to hear about your hopes for your remodel, your time frame and your budget. We’ll also tell you more about our company and the steps required to transform your home. If we both agree we are a good fit for each other then we’ll proceed with a design agreement.

Step 2: Design

Our process starts with design. Every product you’ve used, home you’ve lived in or commercial space you’ve worked at went through a vigorous design process (you probably noticed if it didn’t!). Retrofitting is always more challenging than starting from scratch and remodeling is no exception. Here is our design process in a nutshell:

  • Design Concept- During design concept we look at the inspiration clients have gathered and go deeper on their goals and expectations for the project. We’ll also measure the space, create mood boards and 2D floor plans (if needed). Once we’ve all agreed on the direction of your project we’ll move to…

  • Selections- During selections we shop. Wether we’re visiting supplier show rooms or bringing samples by your home, we’ll ensure you find the right elements to fill your space so you love the result. Selections finishes with 3D images so we can see how everything comes together. With your unique selections complete we’ll proceed to…

  • Construction Documents- This is where we create all the necessary documentation for your project so that the homeowner, contractor and subs clearly understand the scope and selections. Once our subs have bid on your project and we’ve priced all the materials we’ll draft the construction contract.

Step 3: Contract

Upon execution of the contract we take an initial deposit to begin purchasing the materials and scheduling the subcontractors needed for your project. Ordering the fixtures and finishes before construction starts reduces the risk of logistical delays on your job site.

Step 6: Construction

For most projects we start construction 30-45 days after the final contract is signed and the materials deposit is received. After most of the crucial materials are delivered, we start demo. Working off the plans we’ve created we’ll complete your project in a timely manner, keeping you apprised of the schedule and changes that may affect you.

Step 7: Warranty

We stand behind all of our projects with an 18 month warranty.
